2.  Foreign citizens should obtain visas before entering HKSAR if they intend to stay in HKSAR longer than the visa waiver period, or the purpose of visit is to work, take up residence, study or receive training in HKSAR.

3. With effective of 17 January 2025, HKSAR Immigration Department expended its electronic visa application service, Application for the purpose of visit is for general employment,mainland talents, investment, training, working holiday,dependants can be made directly to the HKSAR Immigration Department. The Chinese Embassy in Antigua and Barbuda  will no longer collect these application materials. These applicants can complete the entire application process through the website of HKSAR Immigration Department

4. Requirements for Visas for HKSAR

4.1 Passport

The original passport with validity period exceeding the holder’s expected stay in HKSAR by more than one month and with blank visa pages, and a photocopy of the passport’s information page.
