Diplomatic, service or courtesy visa applicants need to complete the online visa application form at https://consular.mfa.gov.cn/VISA/, print out the whole application form (double-sided printing recommended), and sign on item 9 of the form. Submit the application form, the relevant diplomatic note, and other documents required to the Chinese embassy.
