The Chinese Embassy in Antigua and Barbuda host online celebration for the Chinese New Year of the Tiger.  

On behalf of all the staff of the Chinese Embassy, Ambassador Zhang Yanling extended festive greetings to the Overseas Chinese and friends from all sectors of Antigua and Barbuda. She said that 2021 is a year of exceptional significance. We solemnly celebrated the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China. Having built a moderately prosperous society in all respects, China is now embarking on a new journey of building a modern socialist country in all respects. China-Antigua&Barbuda relations have continued to enjoy steady development, and practical cooperation in various fields has continued to advance. In the coming new year, the Chinese Embassy in Antigua and Barbuda will further work with all sectors of Antigua and Barbuda with a view to enhancing exchanges and strengthening cooperation between our two countries in various fields. We will also continue to follow the principle of "diplomatic work for the people" and earnestly serve our compatriots in Antigua and Barbuda. 

After the speech, Ambassador Zhang invited all the friends to watch the 2022 "Happy Chinese New Year" Global Launching Ceremony & Concert in celebration of the Spring Festival and the  Beijing Winter Olympics.
