Notice on the Updated Requirement of Online Application for Health Declaration Certificate for Passengers to China

With the development of the pandemic, from now on, online application for Health Declaration Certificate (hereinafter referred to as HDC) for applicants in Antigua and Barbuda or St. Kitts and Nevis will be updated as follows:

1. General requirement

Passengers departing from Antigua and Barbuda/St Kitts and Nevisto China should conduct "double RT-PCR Tests" at legal institutions in Antigua and Barbuda, and apply for HDC with qualified documents before departure.

2. Testing requirements

(1)All passengers are required totake the first RT-PCR testwithin 48 hours before boarding, the second RT-PCR test within24 hours before boarding(the interval between two tests should be longer than 24hours).

(2) All the results of the tests should be negative.

3. Apply for HDC

*For non-Chinese passengers

(1) Required files

Please prepare photos, scans or screen-shots of the following files in advance:

a. Passport information pages and valid visa pages;

b. Valid residence certificate (such as residence permit, etc.) in Antigua and Barbuda/St. Kitts and Nevis;

c. Relevant test results according to the "2. Testing requirements" of this notice;

d. Complete itinerary fromAntigua and Barbuda to China provided by the airline.

(2) Operation Guide of the HDC System:

a. Please visit the login page (https://hrhk.cs.mfa.gov.cn/H5/) with PC or scan the QR code with smart phone (see the picture below).

b. Click "En" in the upper right corner to switch to English version (see the picture below).

c. After registering an account with email address, please log in to fill in the information, declare the health conditions and upload the required files.

d. The embassywill review the documents and issue the HDC via the same online system, which will be in the form of a green QR code with an "HDC" mark.Passengers must present the green QR code with the "HDC" mark to the airline staff for verification before checking-in.

e. When applying for the code, please make sure that all the personal information(name,date of birth,passport number, etc.) on the filesor filling in the system iscorrect and all the application files are true and valid.

4. Notes

(1) When planning the trip, passengers are suggested to make appropriate testing arrangement.

(2) Passengers are suggested to keep self-monitoring on health conditions before departure and take protective measures during the travel.

(3) For matters not covered above (such as in the cases of passengers who recovered from COVID-19, used to be identified as a suspected case or a close contact of a confirmed case), please contact the consular office of the embassy at +1-268-5628005/7831079 for any inquiries.
