On the evening of July 15, 2010, the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in Antigua and Barbuda hosted a farewell cocktail party for Ambassador Chen Ligang. Over 100 people attended the event, including Prime Minister Hon. Dr. Baldwin Spencer, Governor General Dame Louise Lake Tack, members of parliament and the senate, members of the diplomatic corps, security forces, and representatives of overseas Chinese and Chinese experts.
