         On July 21, 2010, Prime Minister Hon. Dr. Baldwin Spencer hosted a farewell luncheon in honor of His Excellency Chen Ligang, ambassador of the People's Republic of China to Antigua and Barbuda to express his gratitude for Ambassador Chen's efforts and achievements in strengthening and deepening the bilateral relations between the two countries.
