Due to recent adjustment of service charge by the local bank, checks payable to the Chinese Embassy for the payment of Consular Service (Passport, Visa, Authentication, Notarization, ect.) are required to add the amount of 3.07 US dollars in addition to the original charge by the Embassy from July 1, 2015.
